I purchased a 2 Bedroom, 2 weeks approx 15 years ago. The last time I went there, the quality of the resort has deteriorated and I refused to stay in the room allotted. I had to pay $800 extra to stay in the main hotel area,which is all tile and very clean. The added wings carpets in the hallways were filthy.

The next contact I had with them, was a voice message saying I had not reserved my 2 weeks and therefore I lost them. I was so angry that I stopped paying my maintenance fees.

I am now being "handled" by Monterey Financial who is charged with collecting the money.

I am asking to pay $5900. I had contacted UVC to render the weeks back to them and finalize the end of the relationship. If I pay this fee, what do I get for it? More weeks. No..nothing

I would appreciate any helpful information anyone has.
